The four verticals sitting together is deliberate. Elsewhere they are four separate downloads: one for the house, one for the car, one for a clinician, one for the dog. In tamam the tower access procedure and gated-community notes you saved for a cleaner are the same notes the physiotherapist and the car detailer get.
The catalogue is 4 categories, 29 core services and 156 named sub-services — 185 bookable things. That list is the whole offer; anything outside it is not something tamam does.
Each service breaks down further, and you book the specific thing rather than a vague category. Cleaning is ten sub-services, from deep and move-out cleans to sofa, carpet, window and mattress work. AC maintenance splits into repair, servicing, installation, duct cleaning, gas refill and coil cleaning. Roadside assistance is a jump start, a flat tyre, fuel delivery, recovery or a lockout. Nursing covers a home nurse, elderly care, post-surgery care, injections, wound dressing and mother-and-baby care.
Where the work happens depends on the job: at home, at the office, at a hotel, at your parking bay, at the roadside, or as a pickup and delivery.

A single published price per service is take-it-or-leave-it. It has to be padded to survive the worst-case version of the job, and it tells you nothing about who is turning up.

Area character shapes the booking more than people expect. Of the 686 areas, 437 are primarily residential, 216 are mixed use, 23 are hospitality-led, 6 commercial and 4 industrial — which is why a booking in a hotel district and a booking in a villa community do not return the same shortlist of names or the same slots. Every vendor on tamam has a verified trade licence with the relevant municipality, checked insurance, and technicians who are ID-tagged in the app. The vetting happens before a vendor is listed, so the comparison you make is between businesses that already cleared the bar.
Vendors who let their licence or insurance lapse come off the platform. Staying listed requires keeping both current.
Health bookings carry an extra layer. The nurses, doctors and clinicians who attend are DHA or DoH licensed, lab work goes to accredited labs, and a suitability check comes before anything is administered. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
