CONTACT TAMAM
how to reach tamamand which channel to use
There is one number, one email and one app, and they are not interchangeable. whatsapp gets you a coordinator who can make a judgement call. The app is where anything attached to a live booking lives, because the vendor chat, the arrival tracking and the receipt all sit on the same screen. Email is for things you want written down. This page says what each channel is best at, what to have ready before you use it, and what to do when a job does not go the way it was booked.

which channel to use for what
Most contact pages list four addresses and let you guess. This one does not. Each channel below is genuinely better at something specific, and picking the right one is usually the difference between a two-minute answer and an afternoon of chasing.
whatsapp+971 50 601 1938. Best for a booking that does not fit the app form — unusual scope, or a job or area you cannot find in-app. Describe what you need, get vendor options with AED ranges back, confirm.
the appBest for anything attached to a booking that already exists. The vendor chat, the arrival tracking, the payment and the saved receipt sit on one screen, so a message from here arrives with its own context. It is also the only place to compare vendors side by side on the same job.
phoneSame number as whatsapp. Useful when typing is not practical — you are driving, or the job is easier to describe out loud. Expect to be asked for the details a message would have needed anyway.
emailadmin@tamam.email. Best for anything you want on record: a written account of a job, a document, or a query that is not urgent. Write it once and write it fully.
whatsapp is the shortcut when the job is unusual, urgent, or you simply want a human to sort it.
There is no separate hotline and no second support number. The whatsapp line and the phone line are the same +971 50 601 1938, and admin@tamam.email is the only published address. If someone contacts you from another number claiming to be tamam, or asks you to pay outside the app, check with us on the number above first.

Everything below is current. The app is listed on both stores as Tamam | Services On-Demand under the developer name Innoveev — worth knowing if you are checking you downloaded the right thing. It is free to download and free to browse; you only pay when you book a job.

what to have ready before you message
A coordinator can only match a vendor to a job they can picture. Five details do almost all the work, and sending them in the first message collapses four exchanges into one.
for a new booking
- The area and emirate — "Al Barsha, Dubai" is enough; a tower or community name is better.
- What the job actually is, in plain terms. "The AC in the master bedroom is blowing warm" beats "AC service".
- Property type: apartment, villa, office or hotel room. It moves both the price and the crew size.
- When you want it, and how flexible that is.
- Access notes: gate, security clearance, lift booking, where a van can park.
for a booking you already have
- The date and time slot as booked.
- The vendor name exactly as it appears in the app.
- The address the job was booked to — useful if you have more than one saved.
- What has changed, or what went wrong, in one or two sentences.
- Photos, if the issue is something you can photograph. They settle arguments faster than paragraphs.
In the app most of this is captured once: access notes, tower procedures and gated-community instructions are saved to your profile, so the second booking asks you for almost nothing.
One thing you do not need to have ready is a budget. Final pricing comes from the vendor option you pick in the app — you see the quotes before you commit. Asking a question, browsing vendors and comparing AED ranges all cost nothing.
if your vendor is late
Lateness is the most common reason people go looking for a contact page, so here is the order of operations. Each step replaces guessing with information.
- check the tracking before you message anyoneThe app shows arrival tracking for a live booking. A crew stuck in traffic and a crew that never set off look completely different on a map, and that changes what you should ask for.
- message the vendor in the booking chatIn-app chat reaches the people doing your job, not a general queue. Ask for a revised arrival window rather than a yes-or-no on whether they are coming — a time you can plan around is the useful answer.
- escalate to a coordinator on whatsappIf the chat has gone quiet, send the vendor name and the booked slot to +971 50 601 1938. A coordinator can reach the vendor through a channel you do not have.
- say clearly if the window no longer worksThere is no prize for waiting politely. If the slot is no longer useful to you, say so in writing. Moving the job to another slot, or to another vendor covering your area, runs through the same thread.
tamam does not publish an arrival guarantee and this page will not invent one. What is real is the combination of live tracking, a named and ID-tagged technician, and a direct chat thread — three ways to find out where a vendor genuinely is, instead of one number that rings out.
changing or cancelling a booking
Worth being precise about the mechanism, because it explains why the answer is not one rule. A tamam booking is a job you agreed with a specific vendor you chose, arranged and tracked through tamam. Changing it means telling that vendor, through tamam, and getting the change confirmed back.
- Open the booking in the app and message the vendor in its chat thread. Say what you want moved, cancelled or changed in scope, and offer an alternative slot if you have one.
- If the booking was arranged over whatsapp, reply on the same thread — the coordinator who set it up has the context.
- Ask for the change to be confirmed back in writing. A verbal "no problem" on a call is the version of this that goes wrong.
- Do it as early as you realistically can. A change flagged the evening before is a scheduling adjustment; fifteen minutes before the slot, it is a crew already parked outside your building.
what is fixed
The pricing principle does not move. The range narrows to an actual figure once a vendor sees the scope, and you approve it before work starts. Nothing is charged until you have chosen a vendor and seen their number.
what depends on the job
Whether a late change carries any cost is a vendor-and-job question, not a site-wide one — a two-hour cleaning slot and a two-day villa painting job are not the same commitment. Ask in the chat before you confirm the change.
tamam does not publish a blanket cancellation or refund policy here, and nothing on this page should be read as one. The terms that apply are the ones shown to you in the app at the time you book. If you want that spelled out before you commit, ask on whatsapp first.
raising a problem with a job
Problems are easier to fix while they are still happening. If a crew is in your home and the work is not what you agreed, say so then — in the booking chat so it is on record, and out loud so it can be corrected before they pack up. Afterwards is still fine; it is just slower.
| situation | what to do first | channel |
|---|
| The vendor is late and has not messaged | Check arrival tracking, then message in the booking chat | app |
| The work is not what was agreed | Raise it while the crew is still on site, in writing | app chat |
| A job finished badly and you want it looked at | Send the receipt, dates, vendor name and photos | whatsapp |
| You want a written record of a complaint | Write it once, in full, with the booking details | email |
| A vendor asks you to pay outside the app | Report it before you pay anything | whatsapp |
| Your service or area is not listed in-app | Describe the job and the area you are in | whatsapp |
| You want a different vendor next time | Say so, and book a different one for the same job | app |
Include five things: the vendor name as shown in the app, the date and slot, the address, what was agreed, and what actually happened. The receipt saved in the app carries most of that already. Photos taken before and after are worth more than adjectives.
Why this is worth your time even when you have moved on: ratings only mean something when they are attached to a verified business, which is why licence checks come first and reviews second. Vendors who let their licence or insurance lapse come off the platform — staying listed requires keeping both current.
what this page cannot do for you
Being clear about the edges is more useful than pretending there are none. Four things sit outside what a message to tamam can settle.
- Medical advice. Health services are delivered by DHA and DoH licensed clinicians, and a clinician does a suitability check before anything is administered. Nothing here is medical advice, and a genuine emergency needs the UAE emergency services, not a booking app.
- A fixed quote over the phone. tamam shows AED ranges from several verified vendors, never one fixed price. A coordinator can tell you the band; only the vendor you choose can tell you the number, once they have seen the scope. See how pricing works.
- Vendor sign-ups. If you run a service business and want to take bookings through tamam, start at joining as a vendor rather than the customer channels above.
- Work outside the catalogue. tamam covers four categories — home, car, health and lifestyle — across 29 core services and 156 sub-services. If what you need sits close to that list, whatsapp is the channel to ask on; if it is a long way off, we will say so rather than send someone unsuitable.
The two questions people arrive with most often already have their own pages: how booking works, start to finish, and where tamam covers, area by area. The general FAQ collects the rest.
Questions people ask before they message
What is the fastest way to contact tamam?
whatsapp on +971 50 601 1938 for anything that needs a person to decide something, and the in-app chat for anything attached to a booking you already have — a message sent from inside a booking arrives with the vendor, the address and the slot already attached, so nobody has to ask you for them.
Is the whatsapp number the same as the phone number?
Yes. +971 50 601 1938 is both. There is no separate support line, and no other published number.
Can I book without downloading the app?
Yes. Message what you need on whatsapp, get vendor options with AED ranges back, and confirm — a coordinator handles the arrangement. The app adds what whatsapp cannot: side-by-side vendor comparison, live arrival tracking, in-app payment with a saved receipt, and rebooking in two taps.
How do I change a booking after it is confirmed?
Message the vendor in the booking's chat thread, or reply on the whatsapp thread if that is where it was arranged. Ask for the change to be confirmed back in writing, and do it as early as you can. Whether a late change carries a cost depends on the vendor and the job, so ask before you confirm it.
What should I do if the vendor has not arrived?
Check the arrival tracking in the app, then ask for a revised window in the booking chat. If the chat is quiet, send the vendor name and slot to +971 50 601 1938 and a coordinator will reach them.
Where is tamam based?
tamam FZC is registered at SRTIP Block B-B43-172, Sharjah, UAE. It is a registered office rather than a walk-in counter — services are delivered at your address across all seven emirates, so there is nowhere to visit in person.
Does it cost anything to ask a question?
No. The app is free to download and free to browse, and you only pay when you book a job. Comparing vendors and their AED ranges costs nothing, and nothing is charged until you have chosen a vendor and seen their number.
Which app is the real one?
It is listed on the App Store and Google Play as Tamam | Services On-Demand, under the developer name Innoveev, and it is free. The store links for both platforms are on the app page.
