ABOUT TAMAM

what tamam is, plainlyand what it is not

tamam is an on-demand services marketplace operated by tamam FZC, a free zone company based at SRTIP in Sharjah. It connects households and businesses across all seven emirates with verified, licensed providers for home, car, health and lifestyle work, shows AED ranges from several competing vendors instead of one fixed rate, and earns a commission only when a job is completed.

what tamam is

tamam is a UAE on-demand services marketplace. You describe a job, several verified providers come back with what they charge, and you pick one. Four categories — home, car, health and lifestyle — across all seven emirates. Free to download, free to browse; you pay when you book.

The load-bearing word there is marketplace. tamam does not send its own staff to your door. It runs the layer above the work: which businesses may quote at all, what you see about them before choosing, and where the booking, tracking and receipt live.

home servicescleaning, ac, plumbing, electrical, painting, pest control, moving and more, delivered to your door. 11 services, 69 sub-services. browse home

The catalogue is finite and published rather than implied: 29 core services, 156 sub-services, 686 areas. Work happens at home, at the office, at a hotel, or roadside.

the company behind the app

tamam is operated by tamam FZC, a free zone company in the UAE, based at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park. One entity, one address. Coverage of 686 communities is delivered by vendors who travel to you, not by premises kept in 686 places.

One thing worth stating before you find it yourself: on the App Store and Google Play the developer of record for Tamam | Services On-Demand is listed as Innoveev, while the company operating the service is tamam FZC. Both are accurate. Publisher and operator are different roles, not a contradiction.

the problem it solves

Booking a home, car or health visit in the UAE is rarely hard because the work is hard. It is hard because of the questions that come before the work.

The response is deliberately narrow: licence check before listing, real quotes as ranges rather than one rate, booking and payment in one place, and the vendor you chose remembered. How it works and how pricing works take each apart.

marketplace, not contractor

This is the distinction worth understanding before you book, because it decides who is responsible for what.

what tamam does

  • Checks a vendor's trade licence with the issuing municipality before listing.
  • Checks insurance is current, and de-lists vendors who let either lapse.
  • Puts several vendors against the same job, with AED ranges and value, mid and premium tiers.
  • Holds the booking: slot, arrival tracking, in-app chat, payment, receipt.
  • Stores your address, access notes and chosen vendor for next time.

what tamam does not do

  • Employ the technicians. They work for the vendor business you selected.
  • Set one fixed price. Vendors quote your job; you pick the tier.
  • Own the vans, tools, clinics or workshops behind a booking.
  • Do the work. tamam gets a licensed business to your door with a number already attached.

A marketplace is not a weaker promise than a contractor, but it is a different one. tamam does not claim the technician at your door is a tamam employee. It claims the business behind that technician cleared licence and insurance checks first.

how a booking runs

  1. describe the jobIn the app, or on whatsapp if you would rather talk to a person. Add the address and any access notes — gate, lift, parking — which are saved to your profile.
  2. compare verified vendorsVendors covering your area return AED ranges against what you described. You see several, and you see them before committing to anything.
  3. pick the vendor and the tierValue, mid or premium. The tier moves what you pay and what you get, and it is your choice rather than a default we set.
  4. confirm the slot, track the arrivalConfirmed with a window. The technician shows in the app with a name before the doorbell goes; in-app chat handles anything that shifts.
  5. pay in-app, keep the receiptPayment and receipt live in the app, and the vendor is stored. Rebooking the same crew takes two taps.
Final pricing comes from the vendor option you pick in the app — you see the quotes before you commit. Durations quoted across the site are typical on-site times, not an arrival promise.

what is verified, and what is not

If you are here because you are deciding whether to give a stranger your address, this is the entire claim, stated once and not dressed up.

Every vendor on tamam has a verified trade licence with the relevant municipality, checked insurance, and technicians who are ID-tagged in the app. Customer ratings stay attached to the vendor profile afterwards.

checked before a vendor is listed

  • Trade licence, confirmed with the issuing municipality, not self-declared.
  • Insurance, current rather than historic. Let either lapse and you are de-listed.
  • Technician identity, so whoever arrives is named in the app first.
  • Health work: DHA or DoH licensed clinicians, accredited labs.

not claimed, anywhere on this site

  • No star ratings or review counts on these pages. Ratings live in the app, against individual vendor profiles.
  • No arrival-time, same-day or round-the-clock availability guarantee.
  • No blanket refund, price-match or satisfaction policy.
  • No awards, certifications, endorsements or named partners.
  • No vendor count, customer count or download figure.
The point of vetting up front is that you are not doing the diligence yourself at the doorstep. Licence, insurance and identity are settled before booking opens.
Health services are delivered by DHA or DoH licensed clinicians, and nothing on tamam is medical advice. A licensed clinician makes the suitability call before anything is administered.

The right-hand column is the more useful one. Anyone can write the left.

how tamam makes money

One revenue line, and it runs per booking. Nothing in the model depends on advertising, subscriptions, or charging you to look.

what a vendor payscommission per completed job

The app is free to download and free to browse; you only pay when you book a job. On the other side, service businesses join tamam free — no sign-up fee, no monthly fee, only a small commission on completed jobs. Nothing is charged until you have chosen a vendor and seen their number, and there are no call-out fees.

It is fair to ask what incentive that creates, as you should of any marketplace. tamam earns when a job completes, so it earns when you book and not when you browse. What follows is structural rather than a promise: several vendors quote the same job and the ranges are visible before anyone is dispatched. Pricing covers what moves a number inside its range; for vendors is the other side of the deal.

which tamam this is

Short brand names get reused across industries and countries, and search results are not always careful about which one they hand you. These identifiers belong to this tamam.

Anything that does not match those — a different country, entity, number, or an account we have not listed — is a different tamam, and we have no relationship with it. In our own writing the brand is always lowercase, tamam, with tamam FZC where a formal legal name is required.

Unsure whether a message or listing is really from tamam? Check it against the whatsapp number and email above. Payment for a booking happens in the app, where the receipt is saved.

Questions a stranger asks first

Is tamam a real company?

Yes. tamam is operated by tamam FZC, a UAE free zone company registered at SRTIP Block B-B43-172, Sharjah. The app is published on the App Store and Google Play as Tamam | Services On-Demand, and the published contact points are whatsapp +971 50 601 1938 and admin@tamam.email.

Does tamam do the work itself?

No. tamam is a marketplace. The technician who arrives works for the vendor business you selected. tamam checks that business before it can be listed, and holds the booking, tracking, payment and receipt.

How does tamam make money?

Per booking. The app is free to download and free to browse, and you pay only when you book a job. Service businesses join free with no sign-up fee and no monthly fee, and pay a small commission on completed jobs.

What exactly is verified about a vendor?

A trade licence confirmed with the relevant municipality rather than self-declared, insurance that must stay current to stay listed, technicians ID-tagged in the app before arrival, and ratings attached to the vendor profile. For health services, clinicians are DHA or DoH licensed and lab work goes to accredited labs.

What does tamam not promise?

No arrival-time or availability guarantee, and no blanket refund, price-match or satisfaction policy. No awards, certifications or named partners, and no ratings published on this website. Durations are typical on-site times; prices are AED ranges the vendor you choose confirms before work starts.

Can I book without using the app?

Yes. Message +971 50 601 1938 on whatsapp and a coordinator arranges a vetted vendor. If a service or an area is not listed in the app, whatsapp is also the route to arrange it through the same vetted network.

Where does tamam operate?

All seven emirates, across 686 named areas: Dubai 366, Abu Dhabi 153, Sharjah 65, Ajman 33, Ras Al Khaimah 31, Fujairah 22 and Umm Al Quwain 15. The full list is on the coverage page.
