Ask where the facility is and whether you can visit; vaults loaded once and moved unbroken are safer than loose items restacked three times.

In Dubai the order is: sign the lease, register Ejari, then activate DEWA, since activation requires the Ejari number, and only then will many communities issue the move-in permit. In Abu Dhabi substitute Tawtheeq and ADDC; in Sharjah, SEWA; in the other northern emirates, Etihad Water and Electricity.
The failure mode: a full truck at a unit with no power and no AC in July, plus a district cooling account that needed separate activation. Work backwards from moving day: utilities live two days before, move-in permit issued, lifts booked at both ends, movers confirmed, and the old side's final bill set for move-out day itself, because the crew needs lights and cooling while they pack.
