Done wrong, the gas vents, the lines take in moisture, and the reinstalled unit needs a vacuum, leak test and regas. Newer Dubai and Abu Dhabi largely run on district cooling, so there is often nothing to move; tenant-owned units are common in Sharjah, Ajman and the northern emirates.
