The freelancer question deserves a straight answer. An independent nurse messaging on a classifieds group may quote below agency rates, but you carry the gaps: no backup when they are ill, no clinical supervision, unclear liability if something goes wrong, and — if they lack a UAE licence or are working outside their sponsor — an arrangement that is illegal for clinical tasks.
