Identity is verified against your Emirates ID application, the sample chain is controlled end to end, and the result feeds directly into the immigration system. A home blood draw, however professional, has no legal standing for this.
The same applies to occupational health cards for food handlers and similar municipality-controlled certificates, which run through approved centres and their own inspection systems.
