Show where a packing-only assignment begins and ends
A packing-only company application should explain a useful service boundary: preparing agreed belongings for the next handover without implying that your company also loads, transports, stores or unpacks them. Customers may use the word move for the whole event even when they are asking your business for one part. Readiness means identifying that part clearly and showing evidence that your company can deliver it.
Start with your real packing capability and actual coverage. Describe separately any additional services the company genuinely offers; do not allow the category name packing and moving to make them look automatically included. This guide concerns commercial preparation and records, not instructions for lifting, dismantling furniture, disconnecting appliances or selecting a technical packing method.
Make the included belongings recognisable
Explain how your business establishes which belongings the customer wants packed and which remain outside the request. A room name alone may not answer that question. The customer may keep selected items for personal use or have belongings that are already packed. Record those distinctions without assuming everything visible in the room belongs to the packing assignment.
Use item or group descriptions that the customer and company can recognise. Clarify uncertain descriptions before claiming a complete inventory. Photographs shared with permission can support a conversation about visible items, but should not be presented as proof of concealed contents, ownership or condition. Do not request private document contents merely to show that your company has a detailed inventory process.
Describe materials and exceptions honestly
A profile should explain whether the company can discuss supplying packing materials, working with customer-provided materials or another genuinely available arrangement. Do not invent a universal package or imply that any material a customer provides will be suitable. Keep decisions that require assessment visibly pending rather than using an application to promise an unexamined capability.
Ask customers to identify belongings that may need a separate suitability discussion, without giving them handling instructions. If a requested item or task is outside the company's capability, state that boundary before acceptance. An honest limitation is more useful than a claim to pack everything. Do not describe a proposed practice as an established company process when the team has not actually adopted it.
Explain the handover without claiming control of the next stage
Show how your company clarifies the agreed place where packed groups will be handed over and the person who can receive them. Packing completion, collection by a transporter and delivery elsewhere are separate events. A company profile should not suggest control over another provider's vehicle, attendance or handling simply because the customer has mentioned that provider.
Describe your own record of packed groups and unresolved items. Keep customer-packed groups distinct from company-packed groups, and avoid calling sealed contents inspected when they were not. These are recommended business distinctions, not documented Tamam workflow requirements. Do not imply automatic storage, loading assistance or continued custody after your accepted role ends.
Use a hypothetical enquiry to test the profile
Imagine a hypothetical customer asking for packing in a study while arranging their own transport. Some boxes are already closed, and a desk is also mentioned without a clear request. A prepared company clarifies which loose belongings it will pack, whether the existing boxes are merely present and whether the desk needs a separate discussion. It does not silently accept transport or furniture work.
Before applying, compare the stated capability, example inventory, material arrangement and handover boundary. Use genuine examples that may appropriately be shared and explain your company's own role. A successful past handover does not establish current availability or a guarantee against damage. Remove unsupported qualifications, insurance claims, fixed completion times and promises about another provider's performance.
Complete both company application actions
Complete company.tamamapp.ae/onboarding with truthful company details, packing-only services and actual coverage. Describe real capabilities and limitations rather than an undefined full-move promise. This is a vendor-business application, not salaried recruitment. A prepared profile does not mean the company is accepted or that suitable assignments are currently available.
Also message WhatsApp +971 50 601 1938 with the company name, service, coverage, referring page and actual form status. Do not say the form is complete when it remains unfinished. Acceptance, availability and commercial terms are confirmed individually. Both actions are required, but they do not guarantee acceptance, bookings, assignments, repeat work or income.
