Explain how your company accepts a moving-only enquiry
A moving-only company may be asked to collect belongings prepared by the customer or another provider. Its application should explain how it decides what can be accepted without treating the words ready to move as a complete assessment. The important business boundary is between receiving a description and agreeing to move the listed belongings. Preparation by someone else does not establish your company's knowledge of every item.
Describe your actual moving services and coverage, including any limits that affect the enquiries you consider. Do not automatically include packing, storage, furniture disassembly or equipment reconnection under the moving-only name. This guide concerns company qualification and communication. It does not provide instructions for loading, lifting, securing items, driving or altering customer packaging.
Show what your initial information can establish
Ask for recognisable item groups, the collection location and the intended receiving point. Clarify whether belongings are customer-packed, prepared by another business or still awaiting a separate decision. Those are useful business facts, but they do not prove suitability for movement. Keep unanswered questions visible rather than converting a customer's reassurance into a confirmed company finding.
Photographs supplied with permission can help identify visible groups and access questions. They do not establish concealed contents, exact weight, ownership or internal condition. Explain what your company needs to assess before accepting an uncertain item. Do not ask customers to lift objects, open private material or attempt handling checks to complete your business profile.
Describe the service stages your company genuinely offers
Make clear which stages your business can discuss: collection from an agreed point, movement between named addresses and delivery to an agreed receiving point, as applicable to your real offer. A general statement that the company moves items should not conceal different assumptions about carrying from rooms, loading or final placement. Explain the boundary in language a customer can recognise.
Identify additional requests that need their own assessment and agreement. An application example concerning delivered boxes does not prove capability to dismantle furniture or install an appliance. Avoid invented vehicle capacity, staffing levels or guarantees about difficult access. Present limitations honestly, especially when an enquiry combines moving with services outside your declared scope.
Demonstrate communication at both ends
Explain how your company clarifies the collection contact and the person receiving the belongings. They may have different roles in approving the inventory, granting access and acknowledging receipt. A customer's agreement at the origin does not establish that the destination is ready. Keep a requested arrangement distinct from a confirmed one in your actual company records.
Use genuine examples that show your own responsibility at collection and delivery. Do not claim control over building arrangements or another provider's work without support. A suggested contact checklist is not a Tamam operating rule. If your company is developing a communication practice, describe it accurately rather than presenting it as an established system that already works on every assignment.
Test readiness with a hypothetical prepared-load request
Imagine a hypothetical customer saying that everything is packed and asking for transport to another address. Their description includes closed boxes and a large cabinet, but the receiving room and cabinet arrangements remain unclear. A prepared company identifies those open questions before accepting the assignment. It does not infer that the cabinet is ready or that delivery inside the requested room is already feasible.
Review the profile for a truthful service boundary, understandable examples, assessment limits and current coverage. Separate successful past delivery from present availability and from any promise about damage or timing. Do not invent insurance terms, official credentials or guaranteed access. Your application should show how uncertainty is handled, not hide uncertainty behind an all-inclusive moving claim.
Complete the company form and WhatsApp action
Complete company.tamamapp.ae/onboarding with accurate company information, moving-only scope and actual coverage. Describe capabilities your business can substantiate and examples it may appropriately share. This is a vendor-company application, not salaried recruitment. Submitting it does not establish acceptance or guarantee that suitable moving requests will be available.
Also message WhatsApp +971 50 601 1938 with the company name, service, coverage, referring page and actual form status. Do not say the form is complete before it is submitted. Acceptance, availability and commercial terms are confirmed individually. Both steps are required, but they do not guarantee acceptance, bookings, assignments, repeat customers or income.
