Before you confirm
Ask what the quoted scope includes and excludes, who will carry out the work, whether materials or travel are extra, and what access is needed. Share building or parking restrictions early. The final price and appointment should be confirmed before you commit. For changes to an existing booking, contact Tamam with the reference rather than assuming that a second enquiry changes the first request.

No. These pages explain Tamam and help you choose a service. Your provider, address, appointment, scope and price still need to be confirmed through the booking conversation or app.

Match the provider to the actual task. Ask what is included, what is excluded, whether materials are supplied and what happens if the assessment changes the scope. Regulated health work must be handled by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider. Never use a routine home-service booking for an emergency.
