Prepare to recognise an authorised smart-lock request

A device enquiry, site permission and authority to approve work are separate questions.

Application and WhatsApp message are both required. Complete the form accurately, then send us the service and location on WhatsApp.

Be ready to recognise an authorised request

A smart-door-lock business needs more than an attractive list of devices before applying as a vendor. It needs a dependable way to recognise what the customer is asking for and who can authorise that request. Supplying a device, considering an installation and changing an existing access arrangement are different commitments. Prepare the office to distinguish them without collecting entry codes or treating possession of a phone as evidence that someone can approve work on a door.

This guide concerns business preparation, not instructions for opening doors, bypassing locks or changing security settings. For enquiries in the UAE, confirm the actual site, permission and the provider's suitability. A residential or workplace label does not settle those questions. Nor does a familiar building name prove that a request concerns the same door or the same authorised customer as an earlier enquiry.

Ask for a purpose, not an access secret

Start with the customer's intended arrangement in ordinary language. Are they asking the company to consider a new device, review a proposed replacement or discuss an existing installation? Record which door or area they mean using a non-sensitive reference. Ask what information is already available about the proposed device and current arrangement, while leaving technical suitability to the responsible provider review. Do not request tests or equipment changes from the customer.

The initial business enquiry does not need a password, a one-time code, an entry credential or an invitation to a live account. Explain that boundary before somebody sends sensitive material. If the customer cannot describe the request without sharing a secret, ask for a simpler description and identify the company contact who can clarify the authorised scope. More information is not automatically better information.

Distinguish the requester from the approver

Identify who is requesting consideration, who can confirm permission for the particular door and who can accept the commercial proposal. One person may hold all those roles, but the company should not assume that. A person who can arrange a meeting might still need another person's approval for an installation or a change to the access arrangement. Record the unanswered question instead of marking permission as complete.

For a hypothetical enquiry, a coordinator asks for a smart lock at a shared entrance and offers to meet the provider. The useful next step is to clarify the authorised decision-maker and the intended service boundary. The coordinator's availability does not itself establish authority over that entrance. This example is a business review question, not a statement about a particular building's rules or any legal requirement.

Describe capabilities without promising compatibility

Have the responsible company representative review which kinds of requests the business can genuinely consider. An ability to supply a product does not automatically establish installation capability, suitability for a particular door or support for the customer's intended arrangement. State what is confirmed and what needs review. Do not invent credentials, claim that every device works with every existing system or promise an outcome from a product name alone.

Keep related property work and account-related assistance visible as separate questions. A broad phrase such as complete setup should not silently include every surrounding alteration or future support request. If another party would have a role, confirm that role before describing it as part of the offer. No third-party cooperation, Tamam device feature or continued support entitlement is established by this guide.

Prepare a handover that does not expose access

Before calling the company ready, decide how it would describe the agreed work and the intended handover contact without putting secrets in an ordinary job summary. A useful record can identify the accepted task, relevant device reference, unresolved questions and who receives the completion explanation. It should not become a reusable list of customer credentials. The company must confirm the appropriate arrangements for any sensitive steps separately.

Test the office explanation with a non-identifying example. Can a colleague distinguish a received enquiry from permission, a proposed device from a reviewed offer, and an agreed task from ongoing support? If not, improve those descriptions. Readiness is the ability to make an honest, bounded commitment; it is not a guarantee of security, uninterrupted access or acceptance into a vendor network.

Apply with company information and follow up

First complete https://company.tamamapp.ae/onboarding with accurate company details, genuine coverage and smart-door-lock capabilities you can substantiate. Then message Tamam on WhatsApp +971 50 601 1938. Include the company name, this application-readiness guide and the actual status of the form. Keep customer entry codes, passwords, private account invitations and site access details out of the onboarding message.

Ask for confirmation of acceptance, current availability, applicable commercial terms and the next step. Neither the form nor the WhatsApp follow-up guarantees acceptance, customer requests, paid work or income. This is a route for service businesses, not salaried employment. Present what your company can responsibly review and offer, while leaving each site's permission and each proposed arrangement subject to confirmation.
