Know whose decision your report is supporting
A pre-purchase inspection company should be able to explain who commissioned the work, which vehicle is being considered and who will receive the report. A buyer may arrange the enquiry while a seller controls access. Those roles are not interchangeable. Application readiness means showing that your business can preserve the customer's agreed inspection question and the professional's findings without turning a seller's description into your own evidence or promising that a purchase will be a good decision.
This UAE guide covers business preparation, not inspection methods, repair advice or vehicle valuation. Appropriate qualified people consider the actual vehicle and the supported scope. Confirm proposed coverage, permission to use the actual site and provider-confirmed suitability. A mobile service description does not establish access to every vehicle or acceptance of every location, and a company application is not evidence of regulatory certification.
Describe a reporting capability, not a buying guarantee
State the inspection service your company genuinely offers and the professional roles responsible for its findings. Explain the kind of report you can provide without inventing qualifications, equipment or a universal checklist. The useful evidence is a truthful account of how a defined request becomes an identifiable report. Do not claim that an inspection reveals every defect or removes the customer's uncertainty about future ownership.
An anonymized example can show the relationship between the customer's question, agreed scope, recorded limitations and delivered document. Use real process evidence rather than an invented successful purchase. If the company cannot yet support a requested assessment, identify the gap. A broad promise that your team will “check everything” is not a substitute for explaining the actual service and its limits.
Keep buyer instructions separate from seller information
Record who asks the company to inspect and who can approve the proposed work. Separately identify the contact arranging access to the vehicle. A seller's availability does not establish the buyer's approval, and the buyer's approval does not establish that the seller has agreed to the proposed arrangements. Your coordinator should know which decision belongs to which person before describing the visit as confirmed.
Label descriptions, documents and statements supplied by either party according to their source. A seller's statement about earlier repairs remains a supplied statement unless the responsible professional records something further within the agreed assessment. Do not copy it into a report as an observation made by your company. This distinction allows useful context without giving information a stronger evidential status than it actually has.
Confirm the vehicle before committing the report
Use the identifying information needed to connect the request, appointment and final report to the same vehicle. A sales advertisement or familiar model name may not be enough to establish that connection. If the vehicle presented differs from the one discussed, obtain clarification and a current scope decision. Do not silently substitute one candidate for another because both are being offered by the same seller.
Consider a hypothetical buyer who books an inspection after discussing one vehicle, then receives details of another before the visit. A prepared company checks what the buyer now wants assessed and whether the provider can accept it. It preserves the earlier request as history instead of rewriting it as though the replacement candidate had always been the subject of the agreed work.
Prepare a handover that makes limitations visible
Agree who receives the report and how the company handles questions about its content. The handover should distinguish the assessment performed, supplied information and anything that could not be assessed within the accepted scope. An unavailable area or unresolved question should remain visible. Do not describe an incomplete assessment as comprehensive simply because a visit took place or the customer wants a quick purchase decision.
Keep any request for clarification connected to the report it concerns. A coordinator can arrange an explanation from the responsible professional without changing the meaning of a finding. The company should not soften limitations to help a sale proceed or turn the report into a purchase instruction. Before applying, check whether another colleague could identify the vehicle, commissioning party, agreed work and actual handover from the records.
Apply with a truthful inspection-business profile
Describe your real reporting capability, role separation, proposed service area and approach to incomplete information. This vendor route is for companies, not salaried employment. These are suggested business practices, not a claim about Tamam's internal process. A well-prepared application does not establish acceptance, future work or any guaranteed result for the buyer's ownership decision.
Complete the company form accurately at https://company.tamamapp.ae/onboarding. Then message Tamam on WhatsApp at +971 50 601 1938 with company name, pre-purchase inspection service, proposed coverage, referring page and truthful form status. Keep unsolicited buyer, seller and vehicle documents out of the onboarding message. Confirm acceptance, availability and commercial terms individually before presenting any arrangement as agreed.
