Show that your company can separate a fleet's different requests
A fleet enquiry may place several vehicles under one company name without giving them the same battery-service need. One request may concern a report, another proposed replacement and another assistance with starting. A business preparing a Tamam application should show how it keeps those requests distinct. Readiness is not a claim that every vehicle can receive every service; it is the ability to identify the work your company can genuinely consider and route each decision to the right person.
This UAE guide covers business preparation, not testing methods, battery selection, electrical connections or vehicle-use advice. Testing, jump-start support and replacement are different possible service requests, not a prescribed sequence. Appropriate qualified professionals consider the actual vehicle and requested work. Confirm proposed coverage, permission to use each actual site and provider-confirmed suitability rather than treating a fleet account as acceptance of all locations.
Turn a vehicle list into a usable service brief
Ask the fleet contact to identify which vehicle each request concerns and what they want your company to consider. A list of registration details without requested work is not a service brief. Equally, a message saying “check our batteries” may need clarification about which vehicles and what reporting the customer expects. Your coordinator should preserve that uncertainty rather than silently translating it into a replacement programme.
Separate customer descriptions from professional findings. A driver's report of difficulty starting belongs to the request context; it does not prove a battery fault or authorize replacement. If information is missing for one vehicle, mark that vehicle's request as incomplete without making the whole list appear ready. The business should be able to explain which enquiries can be considered and which still need clarification.
Describe capability by service, not by fleet size alone
Prepare a truthful account of the services your company actually supports and the professional roles responsible for them. Experience coordinating several vehicles does not establish competence for every vehicle or every battery activity. If your offer is limited to a particular supported activity, say so. Do not use the broad fleet label to imply testing, supply, replacement and starting assistance are all available from your team.
A useful anonymized example could show how a company distinguishes an assessment request from a supply proposal and keeps the two approvals separate. It should demonstrate a real business process rather than present invented assignments as experience. Avoid unsupported equipment, accreditation or capacity claims. Explain how a coordinator obtains a qualified decision when a request falls outside the capability already established in the company profile.
Map the customer's roles before making commitments
The fleet manager, the person providing vehicle access and the contact authorized to buy a replacement may be different people. Identify their responsibilities for the actual enquiry. A driver confirming where a vehicle is parked does not necessarily approve a purchase. Likewise, a central contact asking for a consolidated report has not automatically authorized every further service that might be discussed after an assessment.
Consider a hypothetical fleet that submits requests from several drivers while a central contact controls expenditure. A prepared provider records who requested each activity and which approval is still needed. It does not ask the easiest person to reach to stand in for a missing decision-maker. If a change is proposed, the relevant authorization should be obtained before the company treats the revised work as accepted.
Prepare separate readiness and completion statuses
Site permission, vehicle availability and service acceptance should be checked for the actual request. A central office address does not establish where every vehicle will be presented. A change of site or vehicle needs renewed consideration of the affected arrangement. Do not promise a universal arrival time or that an unconfirmed location will be suitable simply because another vehicle was served elsewhere.
Plan how the company will report each vehicle's status: awaiting information, under consideration, accepted, attended or completed as actually documented. These are different business events. A fleet summary should not mark every line complete because a team attended one site. Keep the service performed, its professional report where applicable and any unresolved question linked to the relevant vehicle so a colleague can explain the overall account accurately.
Apply with an honest fleet-service profile
Present your supported activities, decision roles, proposed coverage and approach to vehicle-specific records. Explain how mixed requests are separated without promising uniform outcomes or unlimited capacity. This is a company-vendor application, not recruitment for salaried jobs. The suggested workflow is business guidance, not a statement of Tamam's internal rules, and an application does not establish acceptance or future assignments.
Complete the company form accurately at https://company.tamamapp.ae/onboarding. Then message Tamam on WhatsApp at +971 50 601 1938 with your company name, fleet battery service, proposed coverage, referring page and truthful form status. Use the message for company coordination rather than unsolicited driver details or vehicle records. Acceptance, availability and commercial terms must be confirmed individually before describing any arrangement as agreed.
