Compare fleet-assistance coverage before telling staff it is active

A contact number is not an activated assistance agreement. Compare actual inclusions, conditional coverage and confirmation requirements before relying on an offer.

Availability, scope and commercial terms are confirmed individually. No work or provider is guaranteed by this page.

Evaluate a fleet-assistance proposal through its coverage conditions

A business comparing roadside-assistance arrangements for a UAE fleet should ask what an offer actually covers before distributing a contact number to staff. A general reference to support may leave vehicle eligibility, operating locations, available services and approval conditions unresolved. Build a coverage comparison that makes those limits visible. A company-wide contact sheet is not evidence that an assistance agreement has been activated.

This is guidance for a commercial procurement discussion, not instructions for an active roadside incident. Immediate danger or an emergency belongs with the appropriate emergency channel, not an unanswered purchasing enquiry. Tamam's WhatsApp project contact is not presented as confirmed emergency dispatch. Do not interpret a submitted brief or message acknowledgement as confirmation that help is on the way.

Describe the fleet without assuming universal eligibility

Identify the vehicle groups for which the company wants to discuss assistance, using relevant business records. Ask the proposed provider which groups it can assess and what exclusions or additional information apply. A service offered for one type of company vehicle should not be described as covering every other asset automatically. Leave unconfirmed groups outside the accepted coverage statement.

Record usual operating areas and actual premises separately from the registered office. The provider needs to understand the intended request, not a claim that each location is already served. Ask how suitability and availability are confirmed for an actual event. A national business footprint is not proof of national response capability, a fixed arrival time or access to every place the fleet may reach.

Split assistance categories before comparing inclusions

Ask the offer to distinguish assessment, on-site assistance, transport or recovery, and subsequent workshop work. These are not interchangeable descriptions. For each proposed category, identify what is included, what remains conditional and what requires a separate approval. Do not assume that the word assistance includes all materials, parts, destinations or later repairs.

Where a provider proposes a service limit, ask for it to be described clearly in the actual offer. Do not populate missing limits with numbers copied from another provider or invented industry norms. Keep a narrow confirmed proposal separate from a broader requested arrangement. A useful comparison shows unresolved questions as well as accepted inclusions.

Clarify how a request becomes a confirmed instruction

Ask which contact route is proposed for ordinary commercial requests and what confirmation the company should receive before treating a service as accepted. Distinguish a request received, a proposal issued, work authorised and attendance confirmed. Do not present an enquiry channel as a guaranteed response service unless the relevant commitment has actually been established.

Name the business approver and an authorised alternative using the company's real process. A driver reporting a problem or a person sharing a location is not automatically authorised to purchase every suggested intervention. If the proposal changes, ask who can decide and how the change is recorded. These are commercial coordination questions, not directions for managing traffic or handling a disabled vehicle.

Compare proposed charges without inventing an all-inclusive promise

Request the actual basis of the offer and its stated exclusions. Clarify how proposed terms address services outside the accepted scope, changed destinations or requests that cannot proceed as initially described. A recurring payment, if offered, does not by itself prove that every event or additional item is included. Keep any optional arrangement explicitly provisional until confirmed.

Use the same fleet description and requested service categories when comparing proposals. If one offer leaves transport or supplied components unresolved, do not label it equivalent to one that defines them. Ask for clarification of the differences. This guide does not set charges, reimbursement rights, waiting rules or a standard entitlement for any fleet.

Use a hypothetical location change to test the proposal

Imagine a company considering support for vehicles normally based at a depot. One vehicle is later assigned to work in a different emirate, and a coordinator assumes the same arrangement follows it without further confirmation. The purchasing question is whether the proposed coverage includes that vehicle and location, and how an actual request would be assessed. Do not infer the answer from the company's address or an earlier completed visit.

If transport is part of a proposed response, clarify the authorised receiving destination and the receiving party's acceptance through the appropriate contacts. A familiar workshop address is not proof that it is expecting the vehicle. Keep transport acceptance separate from workshop repair approval. The example tests coverage and responsibility, not a recovery method or a promised response at either location.

Review records and exceptions before renewing an arrangement

Ask what record of accepted services the provider will supply and how the business can raise a discrepancy. Useful entries distinguish actual assistance from a request not accepted or work still awaiting approval. A transport completion should not be recorded as a repaired vehicle. Preserve the relevant agreed scope and any authorised change so later review does not rely on a vague closed label.

At a proposed renewal, compare the current fleet and operating pattern with the accepted description. Identify added vehicle groups, changed locations and unresolved exclusions rather than assuming automatic expansion. Ask whether the provider's proposal still applies. Review only necessary business information; unrelated driver documents or customer details do not belong in a routine coverage comparison.

Send an assistance-procurement brief rather than announce active cover

Prepare company details, vehicle groups, usual operating areas, actual sites, requested assistance categories and authorised contacts. List the coverage, confirmation, destination and charging questions that matter to the business. State whether the enquiry concerns individual requests or a possible ongoing arrangement, without claiming that a subscription or reserved capacity is already available.

Send the commercial project brief to Tamam on WhatsApp at +971 50 601 1938. This is a buyer enquiry, not vendor onboarding or confirmed emergency dispatch. Provider suitability, coverage, availability, scope and terms need confirmation. Sending the brief does not activate fleet cover, guarantee attendance or authorise a service that has not been agreed.

Practical questions

Does sending a fleet enquiry activate roadside cover?

No. Coverage, scope, availability and the actual arrangement require confirmation before the company treats them as active.

Does one covered vehicle type establish eligibility for all assets?

No. Ask which vehicle groups the provider can assess and record unconfirmed groups and exclusions separately.

Does assistance automatically include transport and workshop repairs?

No. Separate the proposed service categories and confirm their inclusions and approval requirements in the actual offer.

Is this WhatsApp contact confirmed emergency dispatch?

No. This page concerns commercial project enquiries. Immediate danger or an emergency should use the appropriate emergency channel.

How do we request a fleet-assistance proposal?

Send vehicle groups, operating areas, actual sites, requested services and authorised contacts to WhatsApp +971 50 601 1938. Do not treat submission as active cover or confirmed attendance.

Have a commercial project to scope?

Send the sites, scope, schedule and access rules on WhatsApp. Availability and terms are confirmed for the actual project.
